January 22 Meeting Recap

We must be united around the Gospel! That is what I took away as the most critical point of agreement when church leaders think about joining with other churches in ministry. There were around 40 pastors and church leaders that joined us for our inaugural meeting on Monday, January 22. Thank you to all who attended the meeting, to Dr. Russell Moore for speaking to us and dialoging with us and, especially, thanks to those that volunteered to make the behind-the-scenes details possible.

As we look ahead, please remember to check the website often as we are hoping to begin posting regularly articles several times per week that will stimulate thought and conversation. In addition, mark the date of Wednesday, April 18, 2007, on your calendar to join us at Richpond Baptist Church when we will host Dr. Mark Dever as our speaker for our time together. Why not go ahead and call other ministry friends and invite them to join us on that day?

We're excited about what God is doing and will do through our joining together to seek first the Kingdom of God!

Meeting in January 2007

Pastors and friends, please plan on joining us on Monday, January 22, 2007 for lunch and to hear Dr. Russell Moore speak on "How Churches Can Work Together." Lord willing, we will meet from 11am until 1pm at the Warren Association of Baptists and lunch will be available. The lunch will be approximately $5. Keep watching for more details here!

Meeting on Monday, November 13

Thank you to everyone that attended the meeting on Monday, November 13 in Bowling Green. We hope that God will use our attempts to help bring reform to the church and will stir us up to love and good deeds as we lead His people.

Check back here in the coming weeks as we think through a plan for this fellowship in 2007.
